We have two in house seamstresses who will catter for all your requirements.
What do I need to bring for my initial appointment?
Bring or wear whatever makes you most comfortable. Plain underwear is best but not essential.
Do I need a fitting, what would happen if my dress didn’t fit?
Whilst buying a high street dress “off the peg” will suit most requirements a wedding dress is a unique design that should fit your figure as closely as possible to make you look your very best. It is unlikely that a dress will be an immediate perfect fit and so we recommend leaving enough time for our expert seamstresses to work their magic and tailor your dress to you.
Preparation for your wedding day
With two preparation ladies working full time we are able to quality check all gowns when they arrive in store. At this stage they are pressed and following alterations ahead of the big day, this will be completed again, ensuring you look radiant on your wedding day.
Preparation after your wedding day
To complete our service to our brides, two of our highly experienced members of staff are pleased to offer the service of cleaning and boxing your wedding gown to preserve for years to come. When should I start looking for my dress?
The earlier you start to look the better to allow for maximum decision time and alterations, but as a rule we would suggest allowing 7-9 months. However if your time frame is less we can still help as we are able to access some dresses in only a couple of months, and we also carry surplus stock so we are also able to fulfil most time scales.
Can I bring friends, family or children?
We suggest that your party be up to about 3 people.
Children are welcome during the week.

What size dresses do you have in stock?
We stock dresses ranging from size 10 to size 30. We are delighted to be able to offer Everybody Everybride collection with gowns up to a size 36.
Let us know if you have a specific dress of interest and we will try to make a suitable arrangement.
If I want to lose weight before my big day how long can I wait until I order my gown?
It’s worth noting that it is much easier for a dress to be taken in rather than let out. We recommend you order the dress now for your current size and have it taken in by our seamstress when your day nears.
What happens once I have chosen my dress?
First we will establish the size dress you need, (unless you are ordering a bespoke dress) your measurements will be taken and we will order the most suitable dress size for you. We request a deposit of 50% and then you simply wait for your dress to arrive. On arrival the remaining balance can then be paid. This is when the seamstresses works can begin.
What if I change my mind?

What should I expect to pay for a dress?
Our dress collections range from £700 – £3000 and we find that the average price of a dress sold at Confetti Bridal Centre is £1200 – £1600. We also stock sale dresses which can be at a saving of up to 70% off.
