Cancellation Policy

No one wants to think of their circumstances changing but unfortunately this does occasionally happen. If you find yourself in this position, please contact us as soon as possible as this will have a huge impact on whether we are able to help you or not.

When you order your gown with Confetti Bridal Centre you will sign our Terms and Conditions. These state that no matter what circumstances change you will be required to pay for your gown in full once it has been ordered. If your gown hasn’t been ordered with the designer yet and you have changed your mind on the gown you have ordered, we do allow you to choose another gown with in store.

If you have recently (within a month) ordered your gown and no longer want or need it, the designers may be able to re-stock your gown, in which case you will lose your deposit only. Sometimes there is a small admin charge but this depends on how long your gown has been ordered.

Should the designers are not able to re-stock your gown unfortunately you will be required to pay for the gown in full. This is why it is essential you let us know as soon as you are able.
